Bad Blood
Bad Blood is a vector-arcade shooter set inside a human bloodstream. You pilot a white blood cell through wave after wave of pathogens — spiky viruses to blast, pulsing bacteria to dodge, and red blood cells drifting across your flight path. It's part Asteroids, part biology lesson, all reflex.
How to Play
Rotate and thrust around the arena, blasting viruses before they overwhelm you. Bacteria can't be shot — steer around them. Red blood cells are scenery, but colliding with them hurts. Clear all viruses to advance to the next wave.
- Keyboard: A / ◀ rotate left, D / ▶ rotate right, W / ▲ thrust, Space fire.
- Touch & mobile: use the on-screen buttons — rotate left/right on the left side, thrust and fire on the right.
- Lives: you start with three. Hitting a pathogen or the arena wall costs one life. Lose them all and the run ends.
- New Game: press the button or wait for the title screen to reset.
Tips & Strategy
- Keep moving. A stationary white cell is an easy target — drift constantly to avoid collisions with returning bacteria.
- Viruses first. Bacteria can't hurt you if you give them a wide berth, but viruses will chase you. Prioritise clearing them.
- Use the whole arena. Don't let red blood cells herd you into a corner where bacteria are waiting.
- Controlled bursts. Short thrusts are easier to aim than a long burn that sends you off-course.
